Welcome to Trench Bet Casino. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trenchbet.com and all related services, including our crypto casino games, sportsbook, esports markets and Futures product. All communications and notices under these Terms are given in English, and the English version prevails over any translated copy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Trench Bet, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Registration must be completed personally by you, and you may not register or complete a TrenchBet casino login on behalf of a third party. We allow only one account per player. If we discover multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, including accounts opened through representatives, relatives, associates or affiliates, we will close all related accounts immediately. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or shared, and funds cannot be moved between separate player accounts.

Our platform runs entirely through desktop and mobile web browsers. We do not currently offer a dedicated TrenchBet app or TrenchBet casino app - our site is fully optimised to run in modern mobile browsers, so no download is required to play.

Restricted Territories

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

At Trench Bet, we accept crypto only, with 313 coins supported, including USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, TRX, ADA, LTC, LINK, 1INCH and AAVE among others. All currencies available on our website are enabled at registration, and your balance and transaction history will appear in the currency you use. Deposits made in a different currency are converted at the daily oanda.com rate or the prevailing rate offered by our payment processor.

Deposits must be made from a wallet, account or card registered in your own name, and require network confirmation before we credit your balance. We absorb transaction fees on deposits in most cases; however, a 50 USD administration fee applies to any chargeback, denial or reversal of payment. The minimum deposit to activate our welcome offer is 10 USD.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to fund your account. Withdrawal to a different method is permitted only at our discretion and will trigger additional security checks. Our minimum withdrawal is 20 USD or its crypto equivalent per transaction; on account closure, we allow the full balance to be withdrawn with no minimum. We cap monthly withdrawals at 5,000 USD when your balance is at least ten times your total deposits, and at 10,000 USD in all other cases. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit total monthly withdrawals to 10,000 USD, taking into account your account history, verification status, risk profile and source of funds; any remaining balance will be queued for release in subsequent months.

No withdrawal commission applies once a deposit has been wagered at least once. Otherwise, we deduct an 8% fee, with a minimum of 4 USD, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Our TrenchBet Welcome Offer provides a 100% deposit match, with a minimum qualifying deposit of 10 USD and a maximum matched amount of 500 USD, subject to 25x wagering on eligible Originals and slots from Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming. Maximum cashout is capped at 10x the bonus amount, and the offer expires within 30 days of activation. This promotion runs from 10 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. We do not currently offer a TrenchBet no deposit bonus or TrenchBet casino no deposit bonus - all promotional credit requires a qualifying deposit.

5. Verification and Anti-Fraud

We may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, a selfie, or a verification call before releasing any withdrawal, and we may perform identity checks at any time. Full verification is compulsory once your lifetime deposits exceed 10,000 USD, on any withdrawal request regardless of amount, or where we deem a transaction suspicious. Acceptable documents include valid government-issued photo ID with at least three months of remaining validity, a photo of you holding that ID, and a recent bank statement or utility bill matching your registered name.

We prohibit the use of VPNs, proxies or any similar technology intended to mask or manipulate your real location. Accounts found using such tools may be suspended or closed, and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Customer Support and Complaints
